The Business of Podcasting

Another podcast? You betcha.  I’m really excited about this too.  Not too often do you get the chance to be the first, original voice on a topic.  And that’s where I think I’m going with this new show.  

I announced yesterday that I’m starting a podcast through PodcastMotor that I’m calling The Business of Podcasting.  

This show will focus entirely on successful business owners who have used the power of podcasting to reach a new audience, further their brand, and improve their businesses.  I’m going to interview the top podcast hosts about the real, sustainable businesses they’ve built with their shows and how we all can too. 

Podcasting is actively undergoing a renaissance and we’re fortunate enough to take part in it.  

Taking podcasting from something that people do just for fun to something that businesses do as an integral part of their content marketing campaigns is a great opportunity.  Do you remember when blogging was thought of as a waste of time, and now it’s considered an essential part of any business?  Podcasting absolutely will take the same course, and The Business of Podcasting will help us all usher in that new era.
